Royston Blyth hairdressers in Wolverhampton were
frustrated that Facebook pages yielded little response to offers and
updates they were posting on a regular basis. They wanted to build a
customer list of their own that they could use to keep in direct
contact with and drive into their salon on demand. We provided Facebook
ads targeted at the local area, with a competition to win a trip for
two with one of their top stylists. Once the competition had run it's
course over the 4 days the winners were announced and everyone that
entered received a 20% discount if the visited Monday to Wednesday
within the next two weeks.
From this campaign they received over 1,000 entries and
an additional £2,000 in sales over the two weeks. Just from the Monday
to Wednesday offer. They are delighted to have a database of customer
they can email or text with appropriate products and deals.
